Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receiving your payment via GLS with tracking and delivery without a signature.
You will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage.
Ordered products will be delivered as soon as possible.
All shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order within the estimated delivery time. The maximum delivery time is 5 days, starting from the day after your order is placed. All goods are delivered subject to availability. Promotions run for the specified period or while supplies last. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 5 days, we will notify you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days, you may cancel the undelivered orders/products at any time after you have been notified of the delayed delivery. If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund for the item(s) in question. If the goods delivered by us were damaged during transport, do not match the items listed on the delivery note, or do not correspond to the items you ordered, you must report this and return the items to us within 14 calendar days of receiving them. If we do not receive such notification, the customer is deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential damages resulting from late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company. In such cases, our liability is limited to the value of the items that are proven not to have been received by the customer.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make at The Towel Company, and we strive to offer you excellent quality, value for money, and outstanding service at all times. If you wish to return an item for an exchange, or if you have decided not to keep it, please request a return slip at info@dubstrain.com and return it to us within 14 calendar days, along with the products in their original packaging and with the tag attached. Where appropriate, we will exchange the item(s) or refund the purchase price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, along with a copy of your original delivery receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the package has not been opened.
If you wish to return an item because it is damaged, please fill out the information on the return form with a description of the damage and return it to us within 14 calendar days along with the item in its original packaging. Where appropriate, we will exchange the item or refund the full purchase price, including all shipping costs incurred. The customer is responsible for shipping the goods.
